Client TestimonialFor the past several years, I was the administrator at a rehabilitation center, located in Indiana (a 70 bed facility). Our restorative care program was built from the ground up by our quality assurance nurse/restorative care coordinator. This was time they could spend on the floor working on other areas of concern.
The assignment sheets are an easy way to relay resident needs to staff and reports generated by Qtrac serve as excellent quality control tools, since these were regularly reviewed by myself, our DON, MDS Coordinator, Restorative Care Coordinator, and other department heads. The infection control module made preparing reports of infection and follow-up much easier and less time consuming. Qtrac’s staff was always friendly and courteous and we found the software to be user friendly and it required minimal time to maintain.
